Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

Charter reservations are confirmed only after written confirmation from Dynasty Reells and receipt of any required deposit.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on selected vessel, route, schedule, and hospitality add-ons.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation terms depend on package type and notice period. Weather-related schedule changes are handled with safety priority and alternate date options when available.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking details, follow crew instructions, and comply with marina and onboard safety rules at all times.

5. Safety and Operational Authority

The captain holds final authority on route, timing, and operational decisions based on weather, safety, and marine conditions.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

Dynasty Reells is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, port restrictions, or regulatory directives.

7. Conduct and Damages

Guests are responsible for respectful conduct onboard. Any intentional damage to vessel property may result in additional charges.

8. Event Services

For celebration charters and hosted events, third-party styling or catering services may have additional terms that will be communicated before confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dynasty Reells' liability is limited to the value of the confirmed booking service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
